I wrote another song!
The reason behind it is cheesy but hey I'm a girl!
So in 8th grade we moved and I had to change schools.
It was my first day and I walked in late! I was really embarrassing!
I remember the first person I notice was Tanner.
He was really cute and once I got to know him I fell head over heals.
He's really sweet and helpful and a friend to everyone.
The bad news being he's been on and off of girl friends a lot!
I don't think he's ever thought of me that way.
So yes I've had a crush on one of my best friends for about three years now.
I'm not as smitten as I was when I was 12 but I'll always just 'love him from afar'.
My friends always tease me about it and try and get us together (he still doesn't know)
I wrote this song's chorus around the time I first met Tanner and I just recently revised it.
Since I can't post the video of me singing it I'll just do the lyrics.
It's not supposed to be a sad song, it's actually upbeat like 'I won't give up, it'll happen someday'. Not like I'm moping around.
